SWMBO has just booked our summer holiday. As part of our trip to Peru we have a boat trip to the Ballestas Islands and a boat trip down the Amazon too to some eco lodge in the jungle. Something else to look forward to 
Anyone been to the Ballestas Islands?

Yes
Sea-lions, dolphins and guano.
There's also a feature in the desert that you can only see when you are at sea. Not quite the Nazca Lines but interesting.
I thought it was worth the trip.
