I've got problems troubleshooting vibrations form a new engine/gearbox/prop combination.
What I need to isolate any other causes is to briefly fit a conventional prop in place of my fancy new Featherstream for a very short trial.
To this end I would be eternally grateful for the three -day loan of an 18 inch dia , 14 in pitch 3 bladed clockwise prop (from astern) with a 1:12 shaft taper. This is to be driven by a Beta 35.
I know the chances of finding that combination is probably small bit it would be wonderful if I could get hold of one for the ten minute trial that is all I need to diagnose my problem.
Can anyone help? I'll do all the fetching and carrying of course, plus a bottle of suitable lubricant to assist the business...
ps. The 18in dia is important, the pich is less so. A 13 would be fine.
