I maybe wrong but if this is a 7kg Fortress anchor it costs a lot more new (about £400?).

A Fortress will have the correct geometry for the job & is manufactured in duealumin or similar h-tensile aluminium.
the ebay one is ss so an equivalent Fortress would be much lighter therefore cheaper than your £400
