2nd Hand.
Plastic if poss.
Capable of taking outboard or oars.
Cheap.
capable of carrying 3 people - reasonably stable.

Got a plastic 'pram' type with a ball thingy at one end which is useful to empty rain water out I'm told. Its a bit unstable I believe. Hamble Area. Interested?
Particularly if your boats names 'Magiciene'.
