Basically said everything OK but they need to scrap those infernally slow ancient gates and get some superfast new ones so they can not only shut em quicker to keep out the wash but empty and fill the chamber faster.
Suspect its small change to the series of hedge and sovereign funds which seem to own Kats for about 5 mins before selling on.
The biggest reason for most boats not going to St Kats is not money, its the crews refusal to be thrown about for 30 mins while waiting for entry ?

do you have a link to the survey?

Think was a satisfaction survey for those who had left a contact email address while berthed in the marina.
Anybody who stays there knows exactly what it costs and exactly what you get for your money, if your not happy you have choice of other marinas, all with different advantages, nobody is interested if the only complaint is its to expensive !
Having said that, check the prices of the other alternatives, not so cheap in 2017 as you may have thought they were.
Did recall one complaint about the security in St Kats by one detractor, but short of six foot high fences with razor wire, think things were pretty OK with security staff wandering round all hours of day and night.
One constructive whinge apart from the lock gates, those freeze or scald (not always your choice) electric showers in the floating bogs.
We did manage a last minuite berth on way back from Thames this summer, was told to basically to get in lock PDQ, berth up over there, plug in and come round to office at some point.
As no metered power available was merely charged a token amount for electricity.
Excellent pleasant service from the marina manager and all the staff.
