Any WXTIDE experts here?

Hi again,

Does anyone here know how best to setup a station in WXTIDE, that uses different time offsets depending on the HW time of the Standard Port?

Use "custom station" in the options menu.
Enter the details as required (available from standard tide tables)

I don't think its possible. If looked at it pretty carefully to do just that and I've not been able to.

I had got that far, but the "Custom Station" configuration only allows a fixed time offset from the reference station. Referring to Reeds, for example, Burghead has an offset varying between 01:20 and 1:50 before Aberdeen. I was hoping for a more accurate "trick" than just using the half-way mark of, say, -01:35.

Been away and looked it up. WXTIDE is a Windows implementation of the unix program XTIDE and the XTIDE web site says "At this time, XTide supports all commonly appearing flavors except for the Admiralty one that has different height differences depending on the time of month. "

Ooops. Sorry I can't help with that one - I'll have a look at Wxtide25 and see if there is something there as it seems to be better than the latest HO sanitised version.

Edit - just checked ver25 and there is nothing there, at least nothing I can find.
