Any use a Fab Dock system?

Marina will not let me put a lift in my slip. Don't really want to bottom paint my boat if I don't have to. My marina is thinking of letting me use a Fab Dock system as an alternative to a lift?

Anyone here use one? If so, are you happy with it? Reliable? Convenient? How long for the stern section to submerge so you are ready to go? How long for the system to drain itself after docking?

How big is the boat?
Have you considered either a drive on system (plastic) or an airberth?
Both work very well. Quick. Very low maintenance. Tried and tested over many years.
