We recently had to replace a dead battery that was causing problems with our electronics whenever the stern thruster was used. Despit this the monitor continued to show both of our battery banks as fully charged. We liveaboard and are plugged in 24/7 with charger running. Now with new batteries in the 'dead' bank (bank of 2, we replaced both) after 2-3 days it shows 3 bars nor 4 for fully charged. I have reset the AH several times and it goes back to showing 4 bars for another 2-3 days then goes to 3 again. I did not reset the Link to default when new bank installed as the default settings fits our setup exactly. Should I do a full reset perhaps?

UPDATE AND BUMP.

Bit the bullet and did a master reset which put 4 bar lights on for an hour or so, thence again dropping to just 3 and another hour later to 2 amber ones. voltage on the link is showing 13.0 on the one 2 amber bar bank and 13.05 on the 4 green bar one. Looks like I need to call in the specialists although I will try switching off shorepower come daylight tomorrow the on again to see if it gets the charger voltage up to the 14.2 level. Otherwise all I can imagine is this is the old bank(same age and size ) that was not replaced at the same time as the other since it tested fine OR that the Link 20 itself is faulty and I'm letting too much information get to me.
