Anybody out there watch a film late on ITV on Sunday night, 'The truth about Spring', with John Mills and Hayley Mills. The film itself is trite Disney trash circa 1964, but it featured a nice looking motor yacht of about 90' or so. It looked a bit Thorneycroftish, very much late '50s early '60s looking; like the Disco Volante in 'Thunderball' only lower in the water. Hull looked like steel but I could be mistaken. Also featured were a little 26ish foot gaff cutter with a clipper bow and sort of pirate schoonery thing of about 70'.

yours sleeplessly,
david

Sorry,

Missed that one, and was too old for my popcorn munching job! However I did whatch Swordfish the other night with John Travolota and Halle Berry...the one where she displays all above the waist line.....any way,,,, at the end of the film there is a scene where they drive off in a sports cruiser from Moanaco. The film was made in 1999/2000 so I was wondering if it was a Princess V52? Normally I can spot a boat a mile off but this was a little difficult!

Cheers N.
