Any idea what make of bilge filter this is?

Our boat we have just bought has this bilge filter but it has no label that I can see to say what brand it is.. I am sure its never been replaced so I would like to swap it.. Do you know what brand it is?

I bought this from EBay. Item. 110489697848

As this is for cleaning the bilge I assume you would need an element that separates the oil and holds this whilst allowing the water to pass, opposite to the use I require for cleaning diesel fuel.
