Any good Chandleries in Dover

I'm off to Spain to the boat tomorrow (Friday 11th) by car and will be passing through Dover (Speedferries) I need a couple of bits and bobs and have tried to google chandleries in Dover without success. There must be some!! any ideas?

There is a first class old fahioned chandlery on road on the North side of the Wellington Dock between the Marina and the entrance to the Town centre. I think the name is Sharpe and Enright but I may be wrong. Anyway, you will find its location as described. If in doubt, ring Dover Marina on 01304 241663 and they will help you.

Can vouch for them. Had a problem during a delivery - quick phone call with needs and credit card details and the order was waiting for us at the marina office when we arrived, (after closing).

Is parking closeby, I'll have a car full of stuff and I'm on my own.

With a bit of luck you will be able to park outide the door. If not, pay parking about 200 yards away.

Thanks Peter. I've just spoken with them and they have the bits I want (unlike the poorly stocked narrowboat chandleries in Birmingham!) and they are arranging for me to park in their secure loading bay.....wow! what a company.
