Any experience of fitting a Sole or Vetus engine to a 120S Saildrive?

We are replacing our old Penta and two of the altenatives we are considering is the Sole Mini 33 or Vetus M3.09 (or if there is enough room the M4.15)
Does anyone have some experience of fitting them to the 120S saildrive, which we will keep.
- We are especially interrested in how well the adapter kit works and if there was any changes necessary to the throttle and gear change wires.

I seem to remember that Beta Marine (www.betamarine.co.uk) supply engines with adaptor plate and suitable mountings to match up to your 120S.
