I've broken the switch that controls the built in speakers at home and whilst I know how I want to wire it up, I dont know what the correct name for the switch is so I cant order one.
The set up has a set of stereo speakers in 2 rooms and single speakers in the kitchen and hallway. So the output from the stereo is either fed to one of the two rooms or paralleled and fed to the two single speakers ie three seperate options. Now I plan to commonise all the negatives which I guess means I need a double pole three way rotary switch for the positives. Is that correct?
