Any (Coronavirus-related) reason we cannot sail to France this weekend?

For example, to Cherbourg (our wine stocks have taken a hammering...)

From the gouv.fr website it looks like there is no quarantine restriction on arriving from the UK:

But Port Chantereyne's website contains no information on the topic.

And the main gouv.fr site says that even for "green" Départements (eg Manche) you cannot visit a centre nautique, but does that include a marina? And what about anchoring?

My last understanding is that the north coast and the Med are still locked down, only the west coast is open but subject to a 100km limit i.e. if you live 101 kms from your boat you can't visit it.

FCO advice is to not travel outside U.K. any travel Insurance you have will most likely be invalid.

For completeness: message from nice lady at Port Chantereyne confirming that boating is off-limits.
Although strictly speaking, it's only referring to cruise ships, and to stopping in France.
Hard to pick up the booze without at least a pause, though.
