Any contributors had contact with Editor Docker?

Enquiring on behalf of a friend who is a long term contributor but who doesn't do tech'.
No contact and all Emails ignored. Only takes 30 seconds to acknowledge an Email! Doesn't bode well for PBO.

I was going to write an article about our recent sinking and recovery, got the offer from Robert Melotti of a Mike Peyton cartoon of us in payment, a lovely idea especially as I wan't seeking payment.
Then instead of getting emails directed at me I was getting emails about me that had obviously been sent to the wrong recipient! I suppose he is still settling in and getting used to the system and all that, but it did put my nose out of joint enough at the time to decide not to write the article. Stupid of me really, but there you go

I think things still have a little way to go before calm is restored.
I believe there is a new body joining them to bolster the ranks a little.
I've made contact by email and phone in the past week with no issues.

sounds about right, new people getting used to things, and old hands getting used to new people will take some bedding in. Give them time and it will all come good, I am sure they are a passionate about boaty things as we are

It's not as if email is some novel technology that varies hugely between companies.
