As you don't have a boat from your profile the best way to obtain free tickets is to ring or write to a boat exhibitor and say you would like to visit their stand with a view to buying a boat and then ask if they have any free tickets.

Try TENRAG, a yacht charter company.
They just sent me a free ticket, with the promise of a rum & coke if I visit their exhibition stand.
Forgot to tell them I have bought my own yacht since I last chartered with them.
But you never know, always good to have a chat.
