Alas the wonderful Skullduggery cafe on the Marina dock is no more.
I was in Antigua some years ago on a survey job (a newish sailing cat that had lost it's mast while sailing from Antigua to Barbuda), and I had some time to spare that afternoon before going to the airport to catch my plane home.
So I repaired to the Skullduggery Cafe for a coffee and a sandwich.
In retrospect I really should have tried the Trump Punch which they were advertising for only EC$5.
But if it was as potent as they claim, I might not have got to the airport at all.....

Spent quite a number of hazy evenings in Skulduggery. Signature drink, martini coffee, a sneak up on you from behind kinda thing.

Good meeting place for super yacht crew.

Ah, the infamous espresso martinis..... when I posted this photo on my FB @jonic mentioned how he had an encounter with these in Skullduggery - he described them as 'silent assassins'.....

Alas, I never tried one (to my eternal regret now) so I didn't find out - but I am sure that they fitted your apt description!
