How do I know whether I need to antifoul or not?

The intention of lifting the boat was to get the props and stern drives repaired, the dent in the bathing platform repaired (£1,k ouch!) and to change the boat name.

Having looked at International's web site it states that the minimum temp needs to be 5 degrees or above. Seems the wrong time of the year to paint....

Seems a shame not to if she's already out.... When was it last done? Two yrs is (IMHO) max time to go without a repaint, although on the river some do go much longer. I seem to do mine every year, but I have a nasty habit of bending props so she seems to come out every year whether she needs to or not... Twice within 3 months this year (ouch). If you get your hands dirty it can be done for less than £200 for an F33, and thats for two coats which will last you two seasons.
Best to avoid the 'deals' the marinas offer, as that is usually only one coat, quickly prepped and whichever antifoul they have a lot of (why do they have so much left, I wonder?)
