My boat has been in the water for the last 12 months and has not moved from it berth for that time, unable to sail last year due to some shoulder problems, now sorted (fingers crossed). When she was put back into the water last year she had been coated with 2 coats of International cruiser antifoul. As the boat had not move my question is will the antifouling still be in a usable condition for this year. Or will I have to re antifoul? Will be lifting sometime shortly for a wash down of the hull only. Or depending on answers to antifoul as well.

I would be amazed if she did not need antifouling again, unless your area is extremely low fouling. Even if the hull washes off ok I suspect the antifoul will be "spent" and need re-doing.

Some antifoulings claim to last two years anyway. If you boat is on a river mooring the toxins may have all leached away by now but if it was in a still marina berth then you may get away with it. You could always try it and see. If it does start to foul badly take her out for a few days in the summer to be re-antifouled.

You could always try logging a question on International's web site to see what they say. I found them surprisingly helpful.

Do you mean " International Cruiser UNO" which it is claimed will give 1 seasons protection with just 1 coat instead of the more usually recommended 2 or 3 coats coats or are you referring to an obsolete product intended for low fouling areas?

I think if I'd put on 2 coats of UNO and not used the boat I'd scub off and leave it at that.
