What do I do?
1)Wash with white spirit
2)Quick sand paper with rough sandpaper
3)Prime
4)Antifoul

Is that it? or have I missed anything?

Nope, some might recommend acetone as a better degreaser than white spirit, which can leave a residue, but I don't think you'll notice any difference.

Simpler to wet/dry it with washing up liquid and 400 grade paper until all shine has gone. Please don't use coarse sandpaper!

Erm ..lower bearing was faulty but when I fixed it I found that the rudder was operating independently of the stock!!! Bennie are replacing under warranty.
