Antifouling bowthruster and trim tabs

Since I bought my Nimbus 320 two years ago, each lift out I have applied International Trilux to the bowthruster and trim tabs. This year, I'm thinking of applying International Micron Extra, which I use on the hull, to both areas, which would make the application easier, and save having to buy a separate tin of Trilux. The fouling on all the underwater surfaces has been quite light, and is easily removed with power washing.

Bearing in mind, my normal cruising speed is less than 15 knots, do you think this would be OK?

That's what I do, bowthruster will be absolutely fine, however I would add that I do get a bit of fouling to our trim tabs...but from speaking to others that is very common.

I normally have used Internation interspeed ultra, and found it excellent, but trying to halt the a/f build-up I switched to Cruiser Uno this year... and not really been impressed, but there again I may change my mind when I see it lifted out mid November and actually see the bottom! If no good I may switch again and go for Micron Extra for next year..
 
I switched to cruiser uno 2yrs ago, and that year was a little disappointed with the result. Previous owner kept the boat in Lymington, and used Micron. I stayed with uno for the same reason as Firefly, wanted to avoid laying on my back in 3yrs time scraping off. This year its been brilliant, as I have used the boat more, and it does 25 knts, the slime weed and antifoul has all fallen off, and I have avoided the haul out cost mid season. I dont bother to antifoul the tabs, as they weed up anyway, just scrub when I dry, and same with the leg and props. I didnt bother with the bowthruster either, but did notice that the anode needed replacing couple of weeks ago. The fact we have a huge tidal range here does mean that opportunities to dry out are increased, and this is my reasoning behind that, but yes I would say the micron extra is a good product, and so is the uno, but in the end I think it comes down to where the boat is moored, and how much you use it.
