I stripped off all my antifouling over Christmas (admittedly only a couple of coats) using Dilunett. It seemed to work well if you gave it a couple of hours to do the business. Another tip I was given in the chandlers where I bought it was to cover the coated area in clingfilm to stop the stripper evaporating. I hope this helps.
I stripped my 28ft yacht with no trouble using a scraper which can attach to a vacuum cleaner. They were marketing it from the boatyard at Tones, try them if you are interested
