anti fouling

I need to renew the anti fouling on a used boat but do not know what is already on the hull. Is there an application where I can prime the hull without removing the old anti fouling? Can someone give the manufacturer?

Blakes, International and Epifanes all do a primer which could be painted directly over the old antifoul - I would make sure that the antifoul you are painting over is sound or the primer and any other antifoul will drop off.
