Anti-Fouling Paint

Hi Again, I know I'm pushing my luck, but here goes question 2. I have just purchsed a New boat (New to me anyway) a 2000 Rinker 180 Bowrider, the previous owner has had anti fouling applied to the hull, which I will never need as the boat will never be left in the water.

How do I get it off, as it really makes the boat look tatty.
