I have found TechniYachts very helpful. We used them earlier this year for rigging work, but I think they will do most boat servicing. Florence Vincent speaks reasonable English.

For the avoidance of doubt - I'm quite happy to explain what I want in French, so recommendations where nobody speaks English would be quite useful.
