Hello,
i'm new in this forum.I have been reading a lot, but i have not found the right answer.I have bought a two year old Beneteau Antares 6 with a Yanmar engine.I want to fit in the boat a second battery.I dont have a wiring diagram, so i tried to find out how to separate the circuits, one for starting the engine and one for electronics.
So i bougth one Sterling A2B charger, one Bluesea switch and i second battery. My question is where to put the charger and where the switch.I also don't have a 220V charger.
Does someone have it installed on this type of boat?Is it ok to put the charger in the battery compartment under the cockpit?Maybe someone has a picture?
It is also very interesting for me, that the main fuse on the main cable to the switch board is just 25A??The previous owner installed a fresh water pump,a chartplotter, radio and a horn.
Thank' you
Mickey
