another wotsitcalled - plastic hooks

I've made two boom tents. One for the mizzen which needs to clip on to the grab rails on the coach roof. The rails are 3/4 inch.

The other one goes over the main and needs to clip onto the guard rails.

I cannot for the life of me find appropriate plastic hooks. I've googled snap hooks, but can't find anything appropriate. The closest I found were 'flag hooks' but they are £5 for 2 (and I need 12 of those!). I can't find anything to clip over the rails.

Any ideas what I should be googling for?
