For sensible people there's no question about it, but wooden boat restorers are by definition not sensible people.
I'm with the poster on a different thread who described Tally Ho as a vaguely boat-shaped pile of firewood, but Look what Leo's insanity has done with that pile. I'm all for that sort of insanity, just as long as I don't get it; it may lead to a broken heart and a broken bank balance, but look where it took him and a number of others.
I'd do my utmost to prevent them from starting because if they listen, they haven't got the stubbornness to see it through, but if they say, Sod , I'm going to do it anyway, they just might.
