Looking very dark towards the IOW from Christchurch at 7pm and it looks to be moving North. We're getting the odd spot at the moment but no flashes or rumbles from here.

Quite pleasant standing out in the rain last night in Cowplain. Storm was a bit average though, duration but no style. Third one in a week though.

I got thundered on, p***ed on and blown side ways last night coming through the Harbour entrance at about 2230hrs.

Didn't see your warning post till just now though, oh hum.

SG gave a strong wind warning though, hence getting back in instead off a night sail to Yarmouth.
