Dear all

below is a short video I knocked up after a sunny weekend sail down the Medway.
I'm playing around with a "go pro" style camera to get some more interesting angles. When on a boat you tend to get only a few fairly predictable shots so its nice to get some slightly "off the boat" angles. Tricky to keep the horizon level though.

I knock these together for family mainly and I don't have time to spend much time editing it but im fairly happy with this effort.
It always helps when the weather plays ball of course.

It is the remnants of the tubular radar reflector that blew away. Looks a mess but I can't reach it to get it down.

Hey Laurie, glad you enjoyed it. Just finished another one showing my parents the kids enjoying being on the water. It does not really feature in the film but I was stunned at how well she beat to windward in a bit of a blow. Great fun.

I think the Medway is a much better place to sail than most people think

Im getting to know the place. The Swale is a bit of a gem and there is plenty still to discover.
