'tis in France, near enough to Le Palais, Belle Ile, I think ??
La Teignouse ??? On the way through the outer islands, with the Morbihan inside, Port Creusty at its entrance, and Port Haliguen to the NNW a few miles ???

PS: Definitely is La Teignouse. Went by there and took almost the same photo on 2/8/2011 at 14:18.
