Another Gas grill problem Nelson Spinflo.

Nelson Spinflo, grill is starting to play up, can't find a manual or even an expanded parts diagram.

Suspect it's just crudded up, so want to remove and give it a good clean, failing that will have to install a new grill unit.

Any clues or hints on this job?

I have had a recurring problem with the grill on my nelson Spinflow. The thermocouple kept cutting out. After replacing a few, supplied f.o.c. by Thetford, the manufacturer. I eventually spoke to one of their engineers who explained that the grill and thermocouple need a good clean earth. Clean and tighten the two screws on the top centre line of the cooker that hold the grill in place and also the thermocouple itself. For us it has been problem solved.
