This is 5000' forecast so it won't blow quite as hard at sea level but by the look of the size of low I'd say that it would be a good weekend to fly paving slabs as kites, should that be your thing.
And I was hoping to get the sails off this weekend ready for their winter service. Looks like that's out of the question - I gave up hang-gliding over 20yrs ago /forums/images/graemlins/mad.gif
Yeah .. I bet that low will be off to the north of Norway by then and the High will establish leaving us with a wonderful crisp weekend .. or that potential secondary low will devastate Ireland!!
dont worry, Chris is a doom and gloom merchant. One year he refused to come to Cherbourg 3 months before the event, based on his weather expectations - the rest of us had a fantastic weekend !
