Another clock ticking..

I just got my permanent resident visa application approved for the USA today. I have been certified medically OK, certified not of criminal intent and they have agreed to let me in. I wonder what they know that I don't! So I now have just 6 months maximum to get out of town or it all starts over again as the Green Card expires if not taken up.

So our boat that has been waiting for us patiently in Florida need pine no more and all we have to do now is persuade the good people coming to view the house tomorrow that it is the very best they have ever seen and we have lift off!

You could've had mine - only used briefly, now surplus to requirements. This is assuming of course that you look remotely like me. Maybe I'll pop it in the classifieds
One thing to note - check the card carefully when you get it. On my form I foolishly put UK as country of birth, the card came back with Ukraine printed on it!

Thanks for that tip. I have seen them have three goes at updating SWMBO's Social Security card and still they got her middle name spelled wrong so I will look very carefully!

All we need now is the buyer for the house, yesterday's viewers didn't like our small yottie size garden, but we have another lot coming tomorrow.
