Another boat joins our hoard, I\'m sorry but itsa NB!!

Thought I'd better fess up here before rumours spread but it's true.

The eldests boyfriend has bought a narrow boat

Thing is, he's 21 and been through so troubled times but he's getting things together since he's been involved with our family for the last year, and I'm quite pleased he's sorted himself with a secure job and got a loan and found this.

Now I can't say that I'm thrilled to bits at the prospect of having a 40' skip down the end of the garden, but I'm very pleased that he's showing so much excitement, he's like a dog with two tails!

So, watch this space and let's see how he gets on with it.

But more seriously, will be an interesting vista on that reach now!! Not planning on getting one as well so you can sail up river rafted up with pot plants on the roof?

Might go for the odd pub trip but if Mrs Doolittle has her way, most certainly plants all over the place! I'm banned from driving my old Land Rover Light-weight until the Clematis is finished!!

12V coldbox
Stereo
Inverter
Battery
2 x sets of jump leads
Portable BBQ
Gaz
Full toolbox
2 x water carriers
2 x air beds
AND my remaining box of Stella!!

When's it going to end?

You should NOT allow him to moor at the end of your garden.

Let him moor permanently on an EA 24 hour mooring like all the other NBs!
