Not always clear which is which nowadays. Good job no-one was on board. Does any report ever surface about how these fires start?

Looked pretty intense so I doubt they'll be able to determine the cause. It certainly highlights just how quickly it spreads

Jeez, another one.... there seems to have been a lot of fires recently, way more than usual or perhaps its just they are all being quickly reported now. Anyway, glad no-one appears hurt.

Probably electrical. Sad to see the loss of what was a very nice CI 22.
My boat is going back in on Tuesday.
I was antifouling this afternoon when the Gas Alarm went off.
Had fried a couple of wires.
Good job I was there i just cut what was a very very hot cable.
Narrow escape, Fault in the shore power isolator, Gas Detector Battery Isolator,Fuse Board...No.
Gas detector is wired direct to batteries so it did nt trip before it was hot enough to ignite something..
Good Safety feature..
May be not..
