Another Air con question

Air handlers do .
They should be on drain pans .
Main unit usually does not , but any unlaged cold pipes will attract cold condensation for humid air .

+1

I just removed (to reposition) my CLIMMA, BOTH air handler and main pump unit do have drain pans with TWO opposite outlets which I find annoying, mine were conveniently connected to a pipe going nowhere, nice.
Doubt the e/r unit will have much condensation on it, but if you're on shafts you may already have a few drops, not much difference having a few more. Air handlers definitely going to the shower sumps (if closeby) or if convenient above w/l hull outlets?
