Anode stud replacement

Replacing anode studs on GRP hull. Using Sikaflex 291i.
What is the thought on how far to tighten up the inside hull bolt whilst Sikaflex on the stud and flange still curing? Thanks

I don't tighten beyond loosely done up with fingers, so a gasket of goo remains to be tightened against once set. If you want a gauge insert a match or cocktail stick betwixt flange and hull when tightening, then remove as it won't come out once the stuff goes off.
