Anyone own or used this tool? I do not mean "look-a-likes but this actual tool i.e. the "Orbiter"

3/8" hex drive with 3/8" chuck Looks a neat solution to drilling in odd places and at odd angles but I am sceptical of the gear drive - I fear it is made in China and rough as a badgers posterior though I stand to be corrected if someone can testify as to its quality or lack thereof

That one at least has a steadying handle which will stop it flailing about on the drill (and probably get in the way too) like all the ones I tried before biting the bullet and getting my BWB 10.8 Li. Can't help with personal experience but some the Amazon reviews seem to confirm your suspicions re the gear material quality. http://www.amazon.com/Milescraft-1300-Orbiter-Drilling-Attachment/product-reviews/B0006U66E8/ref=cm_cr_pr_btm_link_2?ie=UTF8&pageNumber=2&showViewpoints=0&sortBy=byRankDescending

What's a BWB 10.8 Li?

Cliff,

I strongly object to the word you use to describe what I assume is meant to be China.
Please edit your post.

It's now very common to hear people say, 'I'm rather offended by that.' As if that gives them certain rights. It's actually nothing more... than a whine. 'I find that offensive.' It has no meaning; it has no purpose; it has no reason to be respected as a phrase. 'I am offended by that.' Well, so ****ing what."

Well said

It is offensive to me and my Chinese partner, despite your attempt to use a beautifully written Stephen Fry piece.
Perhaps you don't see why it is offensive because you lack the education, so I will spell it out for you.
'chink' is a racist slur. It was coined and used to discriminate, and insult.
Perhaps your use of it, Cliff is a little more benign than that, due to your lack of knowledge about the history, and therefore impact of the word. I really don't know, but you should try to understand how it is received and perceived.

Clyst, you can also come outside if you like , but agree on the offensive language.
Mods, please delete or edit ALL instances of unacceptable and offensive language in this thread, and please all accept my apologies if I have caused offence.

There, that wasn't difficult was it...
