I would say so having spent some time sailing with seajet but he will put us right, Apparently they are similar to a hunter but not sure which one, sure seajet will let us know as he is the Messiah of all things Anderson.

Andy has been nagging me to come have a look at one... This one is in the boatyard on the marina about 20ft from one of our yachts!

Yep,

definitely Anderson 22.

There should be ( but not always ) a maker's plate on the inside of the transom coaming under the tiller with the ' Anderson Rigden & Perkins ' artwork of an old gaffer, and the build number and year built ( moulding completed ) stamped into it.

Then there's the question ' is it an early or late keelcase model ' as described on the ' Buyer's Guide ' in my website below.

That website is partly non functioning and due for renewal ASAP - which is why I also say PM me for info, but the buyer's guide bit is there.

Also as she's apparently never been in the water, would be the last original one to launch; about 20 years ago I went to look at a pristine ' barn find ' one in Devon, that boat is operational near me now, we'd thought she was ' the last of the A22s ' ...

EDIT; after another look, the skeg on that boat is very non-standard; I have heard of this before and she may not be as new & unfinished as I first thought - will PM Solent Clown and if any useful info comes to light - say for potential buyers - I will mention it here.

FWIW the window frames are non standard too - though the shapes are normal; the company built boats had alloy frames.

The long skeg is the most troubling thing, I asked ' why ? ' years ago but there was no reply.
