Doesn't seem to matter which forecast - next weekend looking damp, quite windy and dismal with much lower daytime temperatures.

And I had ordered a dead flat calm and around 20C for my trip past Sarfend on Friday,the trip back on Monday looks even less inviting .

My boat club had booked South dock ? as a destination over B/H but cancelled the trip due to the fact thet could not muster 20 boats,apparently they will not open the lock for less.
However they have come to their senses and are now going to .....St Kats of course.

I am making a very brief appearance on Friday, I expect the sun to shine and the river to part so I can nip straight into Marlow without crossing any bridges.

Three "older gentlemen" to take to pubs between Sunbury and Windsor and back. I seem to have agreed to sleep on the bridge. This was before the windscreen cover went missing and the weather suggested cold.
