Luckily 'the youth of today', (usually condemned for short attention span), who made the film had more perseverance ;)

I found it kind of inspiring and a reminder of some of the painful awkwardness of youngsters -

I liked the headsail change and even the way the bloke walked away when he had enough

I have to say that I found it all a bit hypocritical and not very truly anarchic. Pinching stuff, helping yourself, etc.
Dylan could have done that with any one of the Centaurs he found lying derelict and forgotten in yards - but he didn't because like most of us understand, it's stealing.
I looked about a bit and found he had then tried to launch a load of moneterising websites off the bat of the film - unsuccessfully.

The anarchists I have generally come across in life tend to have very wealthy parents to bail them out of one thing after another.

Saying that I shall now shut up. 'Just my 2 cents' as they say across the pond.

Cloona,

it's a fair enough video and good luck to them, at least they're ( or were ) sailing; I just wish the narrator didn't make out they're doing something never done before and have created the secret of the universe !

people having a good time - I liked the headsail change

I think this is a great film, so great and inspiring i bought a boat and joined the anarchists sailing club. The conversations are great and usually between people who are cooperating to go sailing or living on boats....

I wonder if sailing is an anarchistic activity? Anchoring freely? Using a resource that costs nothing the wind? moving around feely Etc Etc.

What do you think?

I think that going around at night liberating other people's gear is a bit underhand

and squatting on a neighbours boat without asking is cheeky - so say the least

Yes, I think it's a brilliant film Kubrick would be proud of, and the self help to someone elses' stuff is a unique new concept; please go for another demonstration while I set up my camera, now mind I'll have to be using a high frame rate to catch the baseball bat just when it connects...
