America\'s Cup - Act 12
Something I’m contemplating – a hop up to Valencia from Denia for the last week of the 2006 Acts (Act 12) for the America’s Cup.
Act 12 starts on 22nd June and finishes on 2nd July; so going up to Valencia on maybe 27th June for the next 5 days – 4 days are race days and the 29th June is a reserve day. All races are advertised as Match racing so it’s one yacht against another. We propose to go out for all races and on reserve day for a “bimble” – we could race the course!
Looking for either couples or singles to join us on a cost share basis for berthing fees, water, food on board, etc; could come with us from Denia or join us in Valencia and similarly depart (so flexibility is the name of the game).
Advertised berthing fees (15metre) are 105€’s and 4.50€’s for electricity and water. Add the IVA and we’re up to 128€’s per day – shared between all on board, and that includes myself and Lizzie.

Keith: what an ideal opportunity for PBO to get up close and personal!!!! (but we might have to discuss costs!)
