American to English wiring colours

I am using an American-wired boat but want to convert the plugs to UK spec.

I have three colours (or should that be colors???!) Black; Green; White.

What is live, neutral, earth in this colourscheme??

An before you ask , no, the existing plug doesn't help...not marked up!!!

Have the same on Mettle - as we couldn't get tinned triple core in any other colours.

I laminated up a little card which is stuck in the back of the wiring panel with the conversions on it. Not so much to satisfy surveyors or future owners - more coz I forget which is which about 10 mins after looking it up! (I keep thinking it should be "White Hot" but actually it's not......)

That's a good nmemonic David.
I use brown for in the Sh*t (if you touch it), for EU wiring.
