Alternative filters for Yanmars

Doh, senior moments.

About 3 years ago, I posted a list of alternative filters for my Yanmar engine. Can I find the reference? Nope. Doh.

Anyone know wher I can get an oil filter for my 3YM30?
I am trying not to pay £8.50 plus postage for a £2.50 item.

Erm - there is one for the 2gm20 - I think it was off a Mazda, HOF something ... I'll go and look

If it's the same as the GM series, then Oil Filter: Cooper Z1142 or Fram PH6811, available from all motor factors (there's a couple in Heybridge).

Finally, thanks rudolf.

The Z1142 does most of the GM engines and the YM series.

This is almost universally fitted to the Hyundai range of cars,
Accent
Coupe,
Elantra,
Getz
Matrix,
Santa Fe
Sonata

Now I guess its time to go sort out the Primary fuel filter situation.

For info: The Jeanneau standard fit Purflex fuel filter is washable in parafffin, so there is no replacement filter to buy.
