To reduce VAT to zero on all things maritime INCLUDING new boats. Thereby reducing costs of ownership for all , incuding prices 2nd hand ( except those who think they have less than 6 months to live)...As with Mr Byron Esq's thread , post qty to decide.

I am in for the zero v.a.t. option, surely we can each declare an indepedant state in and around our boats therefore we can have our own taxt laws etc etc.
