I'd like a quote from them for a haul out, but their website's 'contact' link won't work and we've been unable to find an email address anywhere on their website? Or anywhere else for that matter; is there one?

Be very careful if you have any work done on your boat there. What happens is they give you a price then when you come to pay you will be duely informed of the extra work that they had to do etc. They have you on the hard and will not launch untill payed in full. UNLESS it has all changed.

At that point demand the complaints book and call the police if they don't have it to hand. They can be fined quite heavily.
