Just in case it wasn't a rhetorical question:
"3.2 Subject to Clause 3.1, you can place an advertisement on the Buying and Selling section of the Forum free of charge for items up to the value of £200 and you can place as many items as you like on the Buying and Selling section of the Forum as long as each item does not exceed the £200 limit.
3.3 Please note that business or trade adverts are strictly prohibited. To place a business advertisement or to advertise items over £200, you will need to contact IPC’s sales team on 020 7261 2001 for more information. Private boats for sale advertisements can be placed on the classified advertisement section of the ybw.comWeb Site."
