Allington Sluice cockup

Has anybody had any damage to their boat after the river level dropped about five feet at 12.30AM friday 20 Aug when the computer controling the sluice at Allington went wrong and opened the sluice,draining the river. The E.A. launch moored at the lock had its centre cleat pulled right out of the boat. We had to cut the ropes on our boat as they were too tight to undo.
