The Chalets, pitches for tents and BBQ area has been up and running for a season or two, it has it own seperate facilities inc toilets/showers for the disabled.
The remodelling of the wall on the port hand side of the lock cut includes a very posh hardwood rubbing band and power bollard was completed about a week ago.
All the walkways have been surfaced with that bonded stone stuff and the car park has also been hard surfaced.
They have made real effort.
Booked both the Chalets and a camping pitch.
The grandkids invited along some school fiends, a mum and Dad or two, we took various floating stuff to keep them occupied, they stayed in the chalets and we got the boat to ourselves
First time most of them had ever been on a boat or done any fishing. From little seeds ......
